Mr. Meals arrived at the beginning of the two hour scheduled appointment window, and had the door springs and stripped opener trolley repaired in less than an hour. Professional and outstanding service. We highly recommend Precision Garage Door Service.

When we bought our house we were given another company as a contact for service. I was not impressed with their service. When the need for further service arose I did some research and discover that your company had an excellent reputation for both products and service. A great combination in my book. I called and made an appointment, it was confirmed and I loved being able to see who the technician was in advance of his arrival. He arrived on time and was prepared. The job was larger than we thought and a new door was required. He walked me through the process and showed me why the replacement was necessary. He came back to do the install, was on time as promised and completed the work without a hitch. The door looks and functions great. I would highly recommend both TJ as the Technician and the company for outstanding service. Fantastic customer service and work while on the job!

Service date: 7/17/2016 The technician, TJ, called ahead to request that he be allowed to come earlier than scheduled to which I happily agreed. The technician was prompt and professional. He was able to quickly identify the problem (broken spring) and provide me with multiple alternatives to resolve the problem. TJ had my garage door in good working order in under thirty minutes.

Your service was spontaneous because you came just hours after our emergency. We had a death in our family just the night before and were having to leave town. We did not want our garage left open while we were gone because we have expensive items in it. Your serviceman, Mr. Means, came very quickly and was very cordial and qualified. Thanks. Kay

The technician arrived ahead of schedule which was nice. He was very professional and polite. We had several issues other than the springs and he helped us work through the pro's and cons of each. It was a pleasure to have a person that would take the time to explain each of the questions and in a manner which made sense. I would highly recommend Precision Door SVC to any of my friends and anyone reading this review.

I chose Precision from the rating on Home Advisor. I was notified within minutes, and Mitchell the repairman was at my house within an hour. He did an outstanding job in replacing the broken spring with a two spring system and replaced the rollers. I cannot even hear the door raise or lower anymore, which is great. I really appreciate the service in such little time. I would recommend for your garage needs to contact Precision. If the rest of the employees are like Mitchell, then they must be skilled, dependable, and take pride in their work. I give Precision a 5 star rating. Thank you again for the quick response and quality work provided.

TJCooley came to 2501 Reabok Circle 35803 for a service call and He WAS FABULOUS!!! Just found his card and as my father is dying, it is such a help that we finally got that door working after 10 years of it not working and people telling my dad the whole garage face and support needed reworking. I am cleaning, preparing to put my mom into my home, and I will be able to sell or rent theirs with a working door now, what a blessing!!!! Thank you again!!!

Mitchell did an outstanding job this morning. He worked quickly, yet very thoroughly, repaired my door and it is now much quieter than before. His "sales pitch" convinced me to go with two springs for my repair and I appreciate the service.

After having been told by another garage door service that I needed to replace my entire garage door at a cost of 700$, I saw an ad in a coupon book that came in the mail for Precision. Mitchell was my service man. He was courteous, professional, and fixed my garage door and made it serviceable for me. I am extremely pleased with the service and with Mitchell's work.

This morning as I left for work and tried to remotely close my garage door, it would not close down or go further up. I had to come to work!!!! I'm a single woman it had to close before nightfall!!!! I tried Home Depot, they had nothing available today. Then I tried another company, they couldn't help me, even when I begged, until later tomorrow morning. I was dismayed to say the very least. I was surfing for repair services and found Precision. I will NEVER use anyone else but Precision. My rep was Mitchell Meals he was kind, courteous, a step ahead of all my concerns and questions he was PERFECT!!!! Thank you again.

I am so very grateful for the care and attention. My father is a WWII vet and couldn't afford much, but needed the garage door opener to work, and I got same day service, and he worked and worked until it was running very smoothly and I am just thrilled. How I wish I had known about you earlier!!! I called another company several times just to try to get an appointment and they always took my number and never called to even set up an appointment. I will recommend you any day any time to everyone!!!!

I have used Precision Door several times in the past and have always found them to be very responsive, even on Sundays when I've needed prompt service. Their technicians are knowledge, efficient, friendly, and very willing to explain the problem, the fix, and the cost. I've been very happy with the service and the company's customer-friendly attitude. They are my go-to service provider for any problems dealing with my older overhead door. And if I should have to replace my garage door, this is the company that I would rely on to get the job done right. I highly recommend them.

I was very pleased with the service that I received from your company as well as the professionalism of Johnathan. He was able to come a little early and replaced my garage door opener with one that we had purchased. It was a very smooth transaction and I will gladly recommend your company to any of my friends that may need your services.
