I have used Precision Door several times in the past and have always found them to be very responsive, even on Sundays when I've needed prompt service. I called this company because of great ratings on Angie's List after I accidentally hit my garage door button while backing out of the garage and messed up the garage door (not to mention my new car). I called a about 0730 and a repairman showed up by 10AM. He diagnosed the problem and fixed my door. It had not worked properly since I moved into this house a few years ago (was very creaky) and now it operates like butter! Thank yoU!

5 stars. We called Precision in the morning to repair our in-operable garage door and two techs were at our door on time at 9:30 am and finished by 9:50. They replaced two door springs and two rollers with parts on hand and left our driveway before 10:00 am. They far exceeded my expectations and I do not believe we could have gotten better service from any other company. Thank you to the Precision crew.

We called late on Friday afternoon, and surprisingly, was given a "next day" appointment. Service Tech, Jonathan called before arrival, and arrived on time. He was knowledgeable and made our garage door adjustments quickly. He also pointed out a problem with our garage door gasket, caused by another contractor. He didn't pressure us to buy anything, but did show us options available to us. Jonathan was friendly, and engaging. We can't thank him enough for the service.
