We called late on Friday afternoon, and surprisingly, was given a "next day" appointment. Service Tech, Jonathan called before arrival, and arrived on time. He was knowledgeable and made our garage door adjustments quickly. He also pointed out a problem with our garage door gasket, caused by another contractor. He didn't pressure us to buy anything, but did show us options available to us. Jonathan was friendly, and engaging. We can't thank him enough for the service.

Jonathan Collins has a excellent work ethic. I called Friday evening and got an appointment Saturday morning. Jonathan called and said he could come earlier than my appointment time. That was great! He was very detailed in giving me several options for repair. Once we agreed on the repair, he got busy repairing my garage door and was done within 45 minutes. I am very pleased with the service and repair. Jonathan is an excellent employee and very knowledgeable and friendly. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who needs their garage door/opener serviced.

Fast excellent service. A little put off by the 2 spring requirement since original Torsion Spring was a single spring. However, they were at my house within an hour and the job was expertly completed within 45 minutes. I was very pleased overall.

Jonathan came the same day I called. He was polite and professional. He gave me information about my door and what options that were available. He replaced rollers, cables, and springs so the door works better now then it has in a long time. I would call Precision again.

Called on Saturday morning when found cables off and spring broken on garage door. Call answered promptly and time scheduled for same day service. Confirmation received via email with information on tech. Tech called and was able to come a little earlier than scheduled. He accessed door, quickly gave me options, then performed repair within 30 minutes. He was friendly and answered all my questions. I was pleased with the entire process. Five stars.

Jonathan came out promptly to give me an estimate on replacing my old garage door opener. He offered me three options, and then when we agreed on one surprised me by telling me he would do the installation right then and there. He had all the required parts on his truck. No scheduling and waiting weeks later. He did a great job of installing and explaining to me how it works. He clearly knows his job, highly recommend.
