TJ arrived well within the appointment time range, changed out the culprit button on my garage wall, changed the batteries in both remotes AND helped me program my new truck's overhead opener button (at no charge). I think he might have even greased the roller guides without me noticing because the door is much quieter now. I would definitely call these guys again when I need them. He and his partner removed an old broken garage door, installed a new one, cleaned everything up and went over the warranty information all within an hour and a half.
