I called my regular garage door company that I have used since the purchase of our home about broken spring and can't get in garage, they said they couldn't get to me before a week later. Prompt service and the technician Adam explained all of my options after doing his initial evaluation. He repaired the door and was knowledgable of the equipment. Even though my garage door did not need it, I ended up having him install a new belt drive opener with battery back up, not disappointed at all. I have never had a quieter garage door. Adam was professional and had a great attitude. When the time comes I will be calling Precision to replace the other garage door opener with a belt drive opener. Cannot believe how quiet the one he worked on is now compared to how loud it was before. Thank you for the great service!
