This was the second time we have used them. I was able to get an appointment for the next day when I called. The technician, Carl, actually called a few hours early and was able to get everything repaired in a quick manner. He wore his mask the entire time, too! I liked getting texts about the appointment, as well as phone calls. They run a very efficient operation!

My garage door spring broke and I Called on a Sunday.. they immediately set me up for the following day repair .. the tech was super nice .. he had everything on the truck to get me going for way less cost than I thought it would be. Under an hour later he had me fixed up.. top notch service .. will definitely call again if I need them. Would recommend to anyone.

Carl Holme was the best technician ever! He was running early and was able to get to my job site about 2 hours early, to my surprise. I was impressed that he called to notify me ahead of time, before arriving, and I received texts throughout the confirmation process. He explained everything in vivid detail, and I know nothing about garage doors. I had purchased my own garage door opener (Chamberlain) and he was able to replace my rollers/wheels, the seal at the bottom and install the new motor within about an hour. he did it perfectly and I love our new garage door. If he is any reflection of this company then they are top notch service! I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone needing their services, this is the best in Madison- highly professional.

I would highly recommend Precision, without hesitation. Our garage door was broken and they came out the same day (Saturday so it was an emergency appointment) and did the work. Fixed the problem very quickly and now the door opens quietly. They called ahead, texted employee info, offered to come earlier than scheduled time and were polite and efficient. Will def call them again!

Worn out rollers and 2 cracked hinges replaced as advertised. I called at 8 am and Austin showed up and completed repairs by noon. He even re-programmed my outside keypad that I haven't been able to use since I purchased the house. The door works like new and is way quieter than it was with the old metal rollers! Thanks!

Excellent Service by Austin Hambright, as my garage door issue was unusual. He quickly analyze the problem and came up with a solution and completed the job to my satisfaction. As a disable veteran I was granted a military discount. I would highly recommend Precision door service to anyone especially my fellow vets.

The technician did a great job! I had 3 dead snakes in my garage, and I wanted a new seal put on my garage door. He also gave me a suggestion (spray foam) that could be used to fill in gaps in wall facings, etc.

We highly recommend Precision Garage Door of Huntsville. Our garage door remotes were not working. Austin did a quick assessment of the problem, within 30 minutes our garage opener was repaired. Thank you to Austin; he did a fantastic job! Plus, it was Saturday, no extra charge for weekend service!!

Just finished getting our garage door motor repaired by Mitchell with Precision. He was fantastic... Courteous and very professional. Within minutes of listening to my description of the problems we had been experiencing, he was able to quickly check a few things, diagnose the problem (a weak/failing capacitor, which needed to be replaced), and make the proper repairs. Only late in the day, yesterday afternoon, had I found these guys online and made a call to schedule the repair... Less than one day later, and we are all set to go. 5 stars for Mitchell and the Precision crew, for sure!
