We've used Precision Door Service since buying our home in 2016...for service...for routine maintenance, and in May, to replace the springs. Hunter Wallen did a fabulous job...what a great technician. At that time we made a decision to order a new door. It arrived and today, Braxton Strawder completed the removal of the old door and installation of the new...and I gotta say...WOWOWOW on all accounts, on account of the timely and professional job he did. That the final thing he did was wipe the door down inside and out for any smudges, fingerprints, lubricant...etc. Very nice. Both Hunter and Braxton called ahead, let me know they were on their way (at the appointed time) and both were in and out lickety split. One thing I have to say...since the springs that Hunter installed were top of the line and way better than the ones that came with the door, we decided to keep the ones we had and received a price reduction for them on our final billing. I would not have known...but Braxton did, and really did me right. That's integrity. The black iron hardware (ornamental on the outside) will be installed in a week or so, and I look forward to seeing Hunter again. Hunter AND Braxton are 5-STAR men. They do the job right and with integrity.

Wish I could have this experience with every company. Prompt appointment scheduled over the phone, technician arrived on time, explained their troubleshooting thought process and offered a couple options to fix the issue along with associated costs. Technician was very knowledgeable, quickly fixed my issue and provided some tips to make sure the rest of my existing equipment lasts as long as possible. Answered all of my questions and was very courteous.

I am very please with the services provided by Precision. I received an appointment confirmation email directly after I made the appointment. I received a reminder email the day before my scheduled appointment. My appointment was scheduled between 8 and 10. At 8:20 I received an email with the picture of my technician and his name advising my technician (Chandler) was on the way. When Chandler arrived, he was professional, courteous and very knowledgeable about garages. He is a super guy and a great representative for Precision. He sent the estimate to me before he left my house. I was totally impressed with the entire process from the initial contact to the scheduled visit. I would recommend them. The only reason I am not using them for my repairs is because I have a garage door that panels can only be obtained from a specific company.

Stephen was so friendly and nice. Looked the door over. The door had been sticking and would not go up all the way:which made me leave the car outside. He sprayed the bolts and rubber sides and took care of the problem and gave recommendations for care. Yes, I would use them again.

Outstanding job by Hunter. He had our issue diagnosed in about 5 minutes and was able to repair it quickly. He also checked our other garage door opener and found the same problem was about to happen. Repaired both garage door openers in less than an hour and did some preventive maintenance on the doors as part of the service call. I've used Precision Door Service before and I will definitely use them in the future when I need my garage doors serviced or repaired. Highly recommend this company for prompt professional services at a reasonable price.

When I called the young lady was very polite and helpful. Brian came to my house and was so kind and patient with me when I asked questions. He was very clear about what he might be able to help me with, and about what he might not be able to help with. Brian gave me suggestions as to what to do if he couldn't repair everything. Precision Garage Door did an excellent job, as they did when I first used them around 5 years ago. Chandler, the technician, came in the estimated time frame, and sent me a text when he was on his way. After he spent maybe 20 minutes analyzing the door problems, he presented me with three different estimates, and explained the various options that affect the price. He was patient as I asked questions. He also explained alternatives for future possibilities, including buying a replacement parts from Amazon or Home Depot. Some items may be a little cheaper than his company, but considering that there might be compatibility problems. My conclusion is I am better off using his company, where they wouldn't be any compatibility problems. I will definitely use this company again.
