Brent was an efficient technician. He was able to problem solve within minutes of arriving. A groundhog had gotten “trapped” in the garage all night and chewed wires to the sensors. Brent found the problem and fixed the sensor wires within minutes. I highly recommend this young man at Precision Garage Door. Very kind

Braxton went to work, and shortly afterwards, I was good to go. Braxton was knowledgeable and informative. Have tried several garage door companies in the 20+ years we have been in this house - there is a wide range of quality out there. Precision Door Service is, by far, the best one we’ve seen. I was having a problem with our garage remotes so I called on Friday and was told someone could come out the next day. Hunter arrived earlier than scheduled which was good. Very polite listen to what I said was going on and proceeded to quickly resolve the problem. Then checked to make sure that all remotes but inside and the outside keypad were working properly. We discussed replacement costs if I decided to upgrade my units. No Pressure! Very Professional James
