Taylor Hunter was the techncian who serviced our door today. He is always prompt, knowledgeable, and courteous. Precision provides excellent service and is available with an appointment soon after they are called.

I am very please with the services provided by Precision. I received an appointment confirmation email directly after I made the appointment. I received a reminder email the day before my scheduled appointment. My appointment was scheduled between 8 and 10. At 8:20 I received an email with the picture of my technician and his name advising my technician (Chandler) was on the way. When Chandler arrived, he was professional, courteous and very knowledgeable about garages. He is a super guy and a great representative for Precision. He sent the estimate to me before he left my house. I was totally impressed with the entire process from the initial contact to the scheduled visit. I would recommend them. The only reason I am not using them for my repairs is because I have a garage door that panels can only be obtained from a specific company.

Stephen was so friendly and nice. Looked the door over. The door had been sticking and would not go up all the way:which made me leave the car outside. He sprayed the bolts and rubber sides and took care of the problem and gave recommendations for care. Yes, I would use them again.

Outstanding job by Hunter. He had our issue diagnosed in about 5 minutes and was able to repair it quickly. He also checked our other garage door opener and found the same problem was about to happen. Repaired both garage door openers in less than an hour and did some preventive maintenance on the doors as part of the service call. I've used Precision Door Service before and I will definitely use them in the future when I need my garage doors serviced or repaired. Highly recommend this company for prompt professional services at a reasonable price.

When I called the young lady was very polite and helpful. Brian came to my house and was so kind and patient with me when I asked questions. He was very clear about what he might be able to help me with, and about what he might not be able to help with. Brian gave me suggestions as to what to do if he couldn't repair everything. He did repair everything and I appreciate young people like him who are so kind and respectful and knowledgeable.

Precision Garage Door did an excellent job, as they did when I first used them around 5 years ago. Chandler, the technician, came in the estimated time frame, and sent me a text when he was on his way. After he spent maybe 20 minutes analyzing the door problems, he presented me with three different estimates, and explained the various options that affect the price. He was patient as I asked questions. He also explained alternatives for future possibilities, including buying a replacement parts from Amazon or Home Depot. Some items may be a little cheaper than his company, but considering that there might be compatibility problems. My conclusion is I am better off using his company, where they wouldn't be any compatibility problems. I will definitely use this company again.
