My remote would no longer open my garage door. We contacted Precision Overhead Garage Door Service and they responded within an hour. The serviceman was Justin. He diagnosed the problem, and offered several solutions. We made our selection and Justin did the installation. He was knowledgeable and efficient.

Precision Door Service has been used by us before and we were satisfied with the quality of the service provided. Same was true today. Service was provided promptly and was thorough and complete. Happy with the result. Replacement aluminum retainer and bottom seal was installed on bottom of garage door.

It was late at night and Precision sent Justin Collier to repair our garage door. It could not be opened and the car could not be used for an important Doctor’s appointment. Justin gave three options for the repair and proceeded to do the job right then. Totally professional and without any wasted motions he restored the door to like new condition in less than 2 hours. 5 stars is not enough for this kind of dedication and service. Precision Garage Door did an excellent job, as they did when I first used them around 5 years ago. Chandler, the technician, came in the estimated time frame, and sent me a text when he was on his way. After he spent maybe 20 minutes analyzing the door problems, he presented me with three different estimates, and explained the various options that affect the price. He was patient as I asked questions. He also explained alternatives for future possibilities, including buying a replacement parts from Amazon or Home Depot. Some items may be a little cheaper than his company, but considering that there might be compatibility problems. My conclusion is I am better off using his company, where they wouldn't be any compatibility problems. I will definitely use this company again.
