Just finished getting our garage door motor repaired by Mitchell with Precision. He was fantastic... Courteous and very professional. Within minutes of listening to my description of the problems we had been experiencing, he was able to quickly check a few things, diagnose the problem (a weak/failing capacitor, which needed to be replaced), and make the proper repairs. Only late in the day, yesterday afternoon, had I found these guys online and made a call to schedule the repair... Less than one day later, and we are all set to go. 5 stars for Mitchell and the Precision crew, for sure!

TJ arrived well within the appointment time range, changed out the culprit button on my garage wall, changed the batteries in both remotes AND helped me program my new truck's overhead opener button (at no charge). I think he might have even greased the roller guides without me noticing because the door is much quieter now. I would definitely call these guys again when I need them.
