Absolute fabulous company absolute fabulous technician!! My garage door broke of course at the most inopportune time (leaving for an appointment) I called several companies no one could help with the situation for 3-6 days!! I saw your company's advertisement regarding same day service, I called and sooo happy I did everything was fabulous from the phone call through the repair!! within less 24 hours and less than $200 I now have a working garage door again!! The spring broke on one of our garage doors and I could not open the door. I was at a very inopportune time. I was planning to leave within a few hours to deliver Christmas gifts to South Alabama since our daughter and grandson were planning to Huntsville for Christmas; however, our daughter just found out that she tested positive for COVID-19 this morning. I called Precision Door Service around 10:30 and found that they could schedule an appointment for between 12:00 and 2:00. The service technician, Mitchell, arrived a little after 12:00. He explained my repair options and provided the price for each option. I made my selection and he went to work. I did not time him, but I would guess he completed all repairs within 45 minutes. He was very professional and courteous in all of our interactions. I would highly recommend Precision Door Service to my friends and neighbors.
