The spring broke on one of our garage doors and I could not open the door. I was at a very inopportune time. I was planning to leave within a few hours to deliver Christmas gifts to South Alabama since our daughter and grandson were planning to Huntsville for Christmas; however, our daughter just found out that she tested positive for COVID-19 this morning. I called Precision Door Service around 10:30 and found that they could schedule an appointment for between 12:00 and 2:00. The service technician, Mitchell, arrived a little after 12:00. He explained my repair options and provided the price for each option. I made my selection and he went to work. I did not time him, but I would guess he completed all repairs within 45 minutes. He was very professional and courteous in all of our interactions. I would highly recommend Precision Door Service to my friends and neighbors.

Hunter did a fantastic job on our door. He is very knowledgeable and engaging, and carefully explained all the work to be done, all pricing options, and required maintenance on our part (which is not much anymore since he installed sealed bearings and powder coated springs). I needed an estimate on a new garage door. The process was very easy. I was sent a time frame to expect the employees to come by. The day before my appointment I was sent a confirmation notice along with a photo to the technician. He arrived Within the allotted time. He and his partner were professional. They wore masks at all times. He explained my options for ordering a new door, and helped me select the one that would best suit my needs. Very satisfied with the process. My new door should be here in 3-4 weeks.
