Our old, heavy wooden garage doors have needed to be replaced for the last few years. The spring system finally broke causing us to move forward with a full replacement. WOW! We have been so impressed with the new system. Before you could hear and feel the vibrations of the old doors opening inside the house. Our new ones are so quiet that our 3 dogs don't even hear us arrive until we are walking in the door of the house. The motion activated lights are a huge safety feature and the security cameras are an additional safety bonus. We no longer turn on our mounted garage light because as soon as we step into the garage the opener lights turn on encasing our entire garage in bright light before we even press a button on either opener. Braxton was our main technician assisted by Chase and Justin. All 3 were extremely professional, positive, punctual and thorough in their explanation of all the features and functions of our new doors and openers. The office staff as well has been pleasant to work with at every phone conversation we have had. I highly recommend this company for their personal attention to detail and their professional responsibility in their work. I also recommend you request Braxton for your repair or install needs. I truly believe he treated this work as thoroughly as he would have if he was doing the work on his own house.

A job well done. I had a broken spring on garage door. Called for repair at 6:30 PM, appointment time set for next day 8 -10 AM. Repair man called a little after 8 AM. Arrived around 8:30. He checked the rest of the door told me all I would need is a new spring. He repaired the door quickly and safely. I write this a week later and everything is working well on the garage door.

One of my garage door opener’s chain drive sprocket failed. I came across Precision after an online search and noticed good reviews. I can tell you the good reviews on your company are spot on! Once your technician Stephen arrived he inspected both my garage doors, showed me the problems and provided me with four options for repair or replacement. I decided to replace both openers, all rollers and bottom door seals. Stephen said he needed to make sure he had everything required to complete the job, once confirmed he went straight to work. Approximately three hours later the job was done! He even instructed me on programming mine and wife’s vehicle’s onboard door openers! I can’t tell you how happy I am that I called Precision! I will definitely refer your company to anyone needing garage door work! 100% satisfied!

My remote wouldn't work. They said it was my battery after connecting their remote and cycling door. Changed battery out and it worked afterwards. They did not charge me anything for this service, let me keep the battery and showed me how to swap it out when it dies next time. Will call them again next time something breaks. (which it will. it's a 35 year old garage door).
