When the need for further service arose I did some research and discover that your company had an excellent reputation for both products and service. A great combination in my book. I called and made an appointment, it was confirmed and I loved being able to see who the technician was in advance of his arrival. He arrived on time and was prepared. The job was larger than we thought and a new door was required. He walked me through the process and showed me why the replacement was necessary.
