My garage door made noises like it was about to fall apart. I had seen a coupon in a recent book and decided to give them a call instead of whom I had called in the past. The people I called in the past obviously did not need my business by the way they acted. I called Precision they came out right away. The two guys sent a text before they arrived and when they arrived they looked over the garage door gave it a spray of a different kind of Lubricate then I was using. The only thing that I had not sprayed on my door He sprayed and the noise was gone. The guy said that he would not feel good about charging me for that and so he did not. Now that’s good business. I’ve been thinking about replacing my garage door and I talked to him about it he left me some information and it may be a while but Precision will be installing my new door . I recommend them highly to anyone who wants a fair deal and a good job.

After continuing problems with a very old garage door system, I decided to replace the door. Because of HOA requirements, a special garage door had to be ordered. The estimator worked with me to provide the needed documents to be approved. Slight glitch when the wrong door was delivered but the order was redone with no loss to me but time. Just before my scheduled installation, a lightning strike destroyed my garage door opener. Technician arrived promptly to confirm my suspicions and I ended up adding an opener to the order. Throughout the multistage process, everyone arrived when they promised, giving prompt and courteous service. Installation included setting up my remotes, installing the external keypad, and providing all documents. Invoices and receipts were promptly emailed so I have a complete record of everything. I am very pleased with Precision and would recommend them without reservation.

showed up a few minutes early, which was great and unexpected. My experience with a lot of companies has been they are never on time and almost at least 30 minutes late. Went to work, worked heartily, industriously, well mannered. Communicated to me what he was doing, enjoyed a little friendly small talk, weather, family. Showed he knew what to do and was doing it. Explained to me new openers (I'm mechanically) challenged. I would hire this particular workman to work for me again. Very kind, understanding. Cleaned up thoroughly. Our Garage door decided it had had enough last week and quit. A technician with precision door was at my house within hours of my call. After a look around he spotted the problem and fortunately had the parts he needed right there on his truck. As he was leaving, I opened the other garage door and yep, It too was exhibiting symptoms of metal stress and wear from age and an improper initial installment. Mike, the Tech had those parts too ! Big improvement with little cost , down time and stress on my part. Mike the technician was wonderful. He's an honest, hardworking ,good guy, that didn't try to upsell me stuff I didn't need and fixed both doors correctly. What a relief.
