Our Garage door decided it had had enough last week and quit. A technician with precision door was at my house within hours of my call. After a look around he spotted the problem and fortunately had the parts he needed right there on his truck. As he was leaving, I opened the other garage door and yep, It too was exhibiting symptoms of metal stress and wear from age and an improper initial installment. Mike, the Tech had those parts too ! Big improvement with little cost , down time and stress on my part. Mike the technician was wonderful. He's an honest, hardworking ,good guy, that didn't try to upsell me stuff I didn't need and fixed both doors correctly. What a relief.

I called - Austin called me back and set up a time to look at the garage door. He arrived on time and we discussed my need. He gave me a quote, and scheduled a time to come back with the parts and change out the panels and the type spring mechanism. He arrived on time (calling ahead to let me know he was coming) and completed the job with Mike's assistance. They worked for two hours on this job and worked hard, and when finished everything was cleaned up and working properly. I already had recorded Precision as a place I thought was good, because of the great experience we had when they installed our door. This time, the door was broken because some critter had chewed through the wiring. I thought I could fix it, but my repair didn't work.
