Austin was wonderful! Our torsion spring broke Monday night and I called Precision Tuesday morning. They were able to get me on schedule for noon-2, and I got a call from Austin at 11:00 letting me know he was on his way. He was at my house by 11:30. He was cordial, friendly, and professional, and was done replacing the spring and packed up by 12:15.

Excellent service. Technician arrived early and finished the job before his expected arrival time, because he happened to be nearby when he got the call. He replaced the springs and also showed me that the opener motor itself is showing signs of wear and will probably need to be replaced before long. It has already outlived its life expectancy, and I appreciated the warning of another large expense. He told me about options for replacement and emailed an estimate, but he did not pressure me to do anything about the motor today. Hunter Taylor was the technician, and he was friendly and professional.

Precision Door Service has excellent repairmen who know what they are doing. Hunter did an outstanding job replacing the broken spring on our old wooden garage door. He explained what he was going to do fix the problem and what had happened to cause it. We appreciate that. His knowledge about current building requirements made us understand why he needed to replace both springs to bring it up to code. These springs can be dangerous, so that's a worry gone! Hunter came when scheduled, quoted a price for repair, and even helped us out with a coupon to lower the price. He did not change the estimate. Thanks! My technician was able to quickly identify and solve the two problems affecting the operation of my opener. I had a loose cable twisted around a pulley. All four of the pulley bearing races, as well as the door section hinges needed lubrication. I had only been lubricating the rails.
