showed up a few minutes early, which was great and unexpected. My experience with a lot of companies has been they are never on time and almost at least 30 minutes late. Went to work, worked heartily, industriously, well mannered. Communicated to me what he was doing, enjoyed a little friendly small talk, weather, family. Showed he knew what to do and was doing it. Explained to me new openers (I'm mechanically) challenged. I would hire this particular workman to work for me again. Very kind, understanding. Cleaned up thoroughly. Our Garage door decided it had had enough last week and quit. A technician with precision door was at my house within hours of my call. After a look around he spotted the problem and fortunately had the parts he needed right there on his truck. As he was leaving, I opened the other garage door and yep, It too was exhibiting symptoms of metal stress and wear from age and an improper initial installment. Mike, the Tech had those parts too ! Big improvement with little cost , down time and stress on my part. Mike the technician was wonderful.
