Exceptional service! My experience with garage door repairmen and the cost associated with such lnormally leaves me with dread..., but I was pleasantly surprised with my experience with Precision! The service tech was pleasant, friendly, knowledgeable and did an excellent job at a fair price. In addition to repairing my garage door, he oiled down my rollers and gave me some helpful suggestions on maintenance. If, in the future, I ever need service on my door again, I'll be certain to call them!

Precision Door Service has been a delight to work with, from our initial call to the office, to the personal visit from our technician Justin Collier, to the installation of a new garage door and garage door opener. The customer service representatives in the office were consistently helpful and good-natured as we made, adjusted and finalized appointments. Justin Collier did a full survey of the existing garage door and condition of our 55-year-old garage threshold. He explained the various options for doors and door openers. At no time did he recommend any product, but was consistently careful to give us information and answer our many questions. He detailed the upgrades necessary to the physical framing of our home’s garage threshold, including measurements of the materials necessary to bring the door framing itself up to snuff. When he installed the new garage door and door opener, Justin was prompt, thorough, and thoroughly professional. He demonstrated the particular components of our new system and didn’t leave the job site until all was installed and approved. In addition, Justin was mindful to leave the area cleaned, swept and perfectly tidy. Our experience with Precision Door Service has been excellent in every way.

The technician will send a text along with a photo ID informing you when they are heading your way ... really great! This was by far the best home service call I have had for anything in a verrrry long time. I had 2 garage door openers replaced and Hunter was fast, meticulous and clean. Hunter explained every feature and add on and didn’t leave until all openers were programmed and every feature tested. And oh, by the way, he called and arrived when agreed to. Very refreshing customer service.

Old door opener failed. Called Precision, got a prompt estimate, then an install time. Installer arrived right on time for the install. Have only had the new opener for a day, but so far I am pleased.

I called Precision Door about repairing a garage door opener that was damaged by a lighting power surge. Mr. Carl Holme came out the next day and immediately diagnosed the problem, a damaged mother board. The board was replaced and the door was operating again within 15 minutes. Carl's skill and professionalism were obvious. For any future problems, I will not hesitate to call Precision Door again.

Austin was wonderful! Our torsion spring broke Monday night and I called Precision Tuesday morning. They were able to get me on schedule for noon-2, and I got a call from Austin at 11:00 letting me know he was on his way. He was at my house by 11:30. He was cordial, friendly, and professional, and was done replacing the spring and packed up by 12:15.
