I highly recommend Precision Doors to everyone. How they handle business is absolutely first class and very professional from start to finish. They will keep you abreast of your future appointment thru text, phone and email ... fully covering all bases. The technician will send a text along with a photo ID informing you when they are heading your way ... really great! Our technician was so nice and very professional as well as answering any questions we might have had. Will most definitely be using Precision Doors again ... they are truly a FIVE STAR business! ????????????

Carl was prompt and friendly. We could not get the door to make the sound that caused me to call for repair. While he was there, Carl inspected the door and wrote up an estimate for a new set of springs. We will have these installed soon.

This was by far the best home service call I have had for anything in a verrrry long time. I had 2 garage door openers replaced and Hunter was fast, meticulous and clean. Hunter explained every feature and add on and didn’t leave until all openers were programmed and every feature tested. And oh, by the way, he called and arrived when agreed to. Very refreshing customer service.

Old door opener failed. Called Precision, got a prompt estimate, then an install time. Installer arrived right on time for the install. Have only had the new opener for a day, but so far I am pleased.

I called for service to replace door seal, appointment set up promptly, technician (Mr. Meals) showed up on time, work was done, suggested reinforcement of bracket to which I agreed. Mr. Meals did work professionally, explained in detail both elements. Very satisfied with your company and employees.

I called Precision Door about repairing a garage door opener that was damaged by a lighting power surge. Mr. Carl Holme came out the next day and immediately diagnosed the problem, a damaged mother board. The board was replaced and the door was operating again within 15 minutes. Carl's skill and professionalism were obvious. For any future problems, I will not hesitate to call Precision Door again.

Austin was wonderful! Our torsion spring broke Monday night and I called Precision Tuesday morning. They were able to get me on schedule for noon-2, and I got a call from Austin at 11:00 letting me know he was on his way. He was at my house by 11:30. He was cordial, friendly, and professional, and was done replacing the spring and packed up by 12:15.

Excellent service. Technician arrived early and finished the job before his expected arrival time, because he happened to be nearby when he got the call. He replaced the springs and also showed me that the opener motor itself is showing signs of wear and will probably need to be replaced before long. It has already outlived its life expectancy, and I appreciated the warning of another large expense. He told me about options for replacement and emailed an estimate, but he did not pressure me to do anything about the motor today. Hunter Taylor was the technician, and he was friendly and professional.

Precision Door Service has excellent repairmen who know what they are doing. Hunter did an outstanding job replacing the broken spring on our old wooden garage door. He explained what he was going to do fix the problem and what had happened to cause it. We appreciate that. His knowledge about current building requirements made us understand why he needed to replace both springs to bring it up to code. These springs can be dangerous, so that's a worry gone! Hunter came when scheduled, quoted a price for repair, and even helped us out with a coupon to lower the price. He did not change the estimate. Thanks! We appreciate the email notices, too, and the friendly person who set up the first available appointment.

My technician was able to quickly identify and solve the two problems affecting the operation of my opener. I had a loose cable twisted around a pulley. All four of the pulley bearing races, as well as the door section hinges needed lubrication. I had only been lubricating the rails. I felt the price charged was reasonable and well worth paying, since the technician gave me valuable advice.

I needed some adjustment on the door. The Up/Down adjustments were all buggered up. "I wonder how Note to self" so I called to setup an appointment. Hunter arrived to access the problem 30 minutes later Job Complete. Door works fine GREAT JOB !!!
