I needed someone to work on a garage door within 24 hours is why I chose Precision after looking online. I was the seller and was closing on that home the next day. They did such a good job that I had them come to the home that I live in and again they did a great job, works better than when we bought the house 5 months ago. I liked that they sent a photo of the technician ahead of time so that I knew who to expect, the cost was reasonable, and the technicians seemed to be very knowledgeable. Customer Service answered the phone when called. Had a cancelation & was able to schedule for 4pm - THE SAME DAY 4-6pm. The tech drove up 4pm. Diagnosed the problem & replaced new beam. Job complete. Reasonable price.We just moved from Atlanta area- used Overhead Door for many yrs. They were good but never had this response.

I have used Precision Door for installation of a new garage door and for service calls. All interactions have been prompt, cordial, and most of all honest. I had some trouble with the door opening by remote and made a service call. The tech was extremely helpful. He diagnosed the problem as interference from LED bulbs I had just installed. There was no charge! I feel good about using Precision Door and I would not hesitate giving a full endorsement .

Greetings! Had a new garage door and opener installed approximately two months ago. When it was installed, I didn’t realize that installing the new motor where the old one was would block my attic door until I needed a plumber to advise on moving the attic water heater to the garage floor. I called with the concern; and, Precision Door sent a representative to access the matter. Well, they ordered a motor that mounted on the side - which to me was great! The same installer came out and did a wonderful job! While his truck was in my driveway, someone stopped to get the telephone number! I want to encourage you to complete your warranty as soon as you received it from the installer just in case you have an issue.

Great group of people! From Heather who answered the phone, to Carl who replaced my spring, they were professional, personable, and proficient. Heather made me a same day appointment and Carl had my spring replaced in less than 30 minutes and he even fine tuned my door opener, simply because he noticed it. That's pride in your work and going the extra mile. These days, you notice things like that. Should I have a need in the future, I will be calling Precision again.

One of our garage door springs broke on New Years Day. It seems that home crises never happen during business hours. I decided to call Precision’s phone number just to get their working hours, so I would know when to call them. Instead they had a live operator on duty on the holiday. She took my information and set up an appointment for the following day. Their technician arrived at the appointed time and had everything fixed in less than an hour. Very pleased with everything about the experience.
