The day before my appointment I was sent a confirmation notice along with a photo to the technician. He arrived Within the allotted time. He and his partner were professional. They wore masks at all times. He explained my options for ordering a new door, and helped me select the one that would best suit my needs. Very satisfied with the process. I needed someone to work on a garage door within 24 hours is why I chose Precision after looking online. I was the seller and was closing on that home the next day. They did such a good job that I had them come to the home that I live in and again they did a great job, works better than when we bought the house 5 months ago. I liked that they sent a photo of the technician ahead of time so that I knew who to expect, the cost was reasonable, and the technicians seemed to be very knowledgeable.
