I already had recorded Precision as a place I thought was good, because of the great experience we had when they installed our door. This time, the door was broken because some critter had chewed through the wiring. I thought I could fix it, but my repair didn't work. Precision scheduled a convenient time with me (courteous over the phone and wanted to do what I needed) and TJ called to tell me the exact time and was right on time. He was courteous, repaired it quickly, and listed it as warranty work and didn't charge. I definitely recommend Precision!
