Mitchell did an outstanding job this morning. He worked quickly, yet very thoroughly, repaired my door and it is now much quieter than before. His "sales pitch" convinced me to go with two springs for my repair and I appreciate the service.

This morning as I left for work and tried to remotely close my garage door, it would not close down or go further up. I had to come to work!!!! I'm a single woman it had to close before nightfall!!!! I tried Home Depot, they had nothing available today. Then I tried another company, they couldn't help me, even when I begged, until later tomorrow morning. I was dismayed to say the very least. I called this company because of great ratings on Angie's List after I accidentally hit my garage door button while backing out of the garage and messed up the garage door (not to mention my new car). I called a about 0730 and a repairman showed up by 10AM. He diagnosed the problem and fixed my door.
