Prompt, professional and courteous response from both the scheduler on the phone and the technician, Adam McMahan, who visited my home and provided the estimate. He was able to quickly display the appropriate products with pricing, and answer my questions. He was honest about the expected manufacturing and shipping time, making it clear that once received, my new garage door and opener would be immediately installed.

Prompt service and the technician Adam explained all of my options after doing his initial evaluation. He repaired the door and was knowledgable of the equipment. Even though my garage door did not need it, I ended up having him install a new belt drive opener with battery back up, not disappointed at all. I have never had a quieter garage door. Adam was professional and had a great attitude. When the time comes I will be calling Precision to replace the other garage door opener with a belt drive opener. Cannot believe how quiet the one he worked on is now compared to how loud it was before. Thank you for the great service!

Great service at reasonable price. They did a tune-up and replaced worn rollers. My garage door now runs smoothly and much quieter.

Came to fix garage the same day I called. Very professional and knowledgeable. Answered all my questions. Was very honest about what needed to be replaced now and what didn’t. Very much appreciated.
