The spring for my garage door broke over the weekend. Late Sunday afternoon I called them up, and first they actually connected me to a real person who offered up a technician to come out the same day, but I opted for an appointment early the following day. One of the technicians (Jonathan) came out (called while he was on his way to give a heads up) and replaced my springs in under 30 minutes. I was very pleased with each aspect of the service.

One of my torsion springs broke on a heavy two car insulated door. With apprehension I called Precision with no prior experience around 4:30 PM wondering how long I would have to park outside in the freezing weather. The responder surprised me by saying their earliest opportunity to help would be between 6-8 PM. "Today" I asked incredulously? Yes, so I signed on immediately. The repair tech came out by 6, surveyed the damage, suggested since they were old springs, that the second was likely to fail before long, and said my door rollers were corroded placing stress on the opener and he recommended replacing them for a modest amount. He had another pricier option which I thought was not necessary and he promptly got to work. Within an hour he was done and gone, and my door worked perfectly, and much quieter due to the new rollers. My wife and I both noticed the significantly quieter operation and we are greatly pleased with the business-like choices given for repair, the immediate acceptance of our choice, and the efficient and accurate repair of our door. I have to say as a long time homeowner that used to do all maintenance myself, that this experience was a major pleasure. I read many other reviews and they seem to be equally positive, so I think this company has established a responsible and trustworthy reputation that will please prospective customers.

Great service. My house is 13 years old and I am not the original owner. The garage door would not open or opened partially. I thought it was the lift motor. Jonathon told me we needed a second coil spring and that the motor was old but still functioning. He fixed the garage door in 30 minutes, lubricated the track, and reprogrammed the external garage door openers. This is a first class company. No hassles, no hard sell. Well done. I recommend this company and will use them again.

I called at 8am on a Saturday. I scheduled an appointment for 10am -12noon. At 8:45 Michael called and asked if he could come early. He arrived at 9am. He was very polite and professional. I chose to replace my single broken spring with a double spring system. The garage door works better now than it ever has. By the way, Michael was done by 10am.

I called at 4:15 with a broken spring. I was given an appointment time of between 6 and 8pm. The tech, Mitchell M., called me at 5:30 and asked if he could stop by early. He showed up about 5:45. He inspected the door, gave me recommendations and quoted me a reasonable price. He started work and was gone by 6:10 after installing dual springs. I am very pleased with the prompt, thorough and professional service provided by Mitchell.

Same day service got our attention. T.J. arrived on time after contacting me to give an ETA. Rate a 5 if the work continues to hold as well as it is now. Garage door broken spring was the reason for the call. T.J. honorably offered options after assessing condition of components. Not a preference to give out my email anymore. We prefer documentation on paper rather than via email.

I called this morning a little after 8 to schedule an appointment. There was a 10-12pm slot available. TJ called around 9 and said he'd finished his other appointment early and said he could come then. He got there and finished the job, replacing my circuit board within 20 mins and was gone.
