Precision did an outstanding job installing garage door motors and new rollers at a reasonable cost. The technician was very professional during the entire installation. He answered all questions and provided helpful information about the operation of the new openers and keypad. I would recommend them if anyone needs work done on their overhead garage doors. This company is truly the best!

I called at 4:15 with a broken spring. I was given an appointment time of between 6 and 8pm. The tech, Mitchell M., called me at 5:30 and asked if he could stop by early. He showed up about 5:45. He inspected the door, gave me recommendations and quoted me a reasonable price. He started work and was gone by 6:10 after installing dual springs. I am very pleased with the prompt, thorough and professional service provided by Mitchell.

Same day service got our attention. T.J. arrived on time after contacting me to give an ETA. Rate a 5 if the work continues to hold as well as it is now. Garage door broken spring was the reason for the call. T.J. honorably offered options after assessing condition of components. Not a preference to give out my email anymore. We prefer documentation on paper rather than via email.

I called this morning a little after 8 to schedule an appointment. There was a 10-12pm slot available. TJ called around 9 and said he'd finished his other appointment early and said he could come then. He got there and finished the job, replacing my circuit board within 20 mins and was gone. I'm satisfied with the service and would recommend this company to others.

The Technician arrived right on time. Removed the broken spring and then spent time inspecting the mounting rod taking note of it's condition. Using a grinder "dressed" up the imperfections that were found and mounted the new springs, adjusted the tension and was gone in 35 to 40 min--Very happy with the service and price. Would give "6 stars" if it was a choice

We had a spring break on our garage door, and I called the next morning to schedule an appointment. The technician arrived later that evening on schedule, replaced both springs, reattached some of the bracing to the ceiling, and was in and out in about an hour. Cost was around $200, including the two springs. Garage works and sounds great now. Very satisfied customer!

Jonathan was professional, friendly, and efficient. We appreciated his quick and skillful work and would definitely hire him again. Even on a Saturday afternoon, we were able to get an appointment quickly. Make sure you take fabulous care of Jonathan, he's the kind of employee every business owner hopes for. Even though he had obviously had a long day, he was talkative and willing to take the time to advise us on the best option for our needs. We had a very good experience with your company today from the lady we spoke with to make the appt to the technician who came to fix the door. We were given a 10am appt--Mitchell, the technician, called to let me know he was on the way and he arrived at 10am.
