The technician called ahead of time and showed up on time, was friendly and courteous, explained what was wrong and how he was going to fix it. The work was done quickly and efficiently. The technician explained the typical problems of a chain-driven system and provided an estimate for replacing it with a belt-drive system when the time comes. The technician asked me if I was satisfied with the repair (I was) before he asked for payment. He performed the repair, cleaned up his work area, and departed in less than 45 minutes.
