I was very impressed with the customer service I received. I feel they were very responsive to our needs and we really appreciated how quickly they came out to fix our garage door. The technician was friendly and even came out on a Sunday night to help us out. I also like that after you make an appt, they send a follow up email with the date and a picture of who will be coming so you know what they'll look like. They seem to really care about you as a customer and keeping you happy.

Had a coil go out yesterday (holiday). Called them 8:30 this morning, they were here within the hour. Door repaired very quickly, but be prepared for just a touch of sticker shock. Installing and adjusting new springs is NOT something someone with no experience should attempt.

Very quick and professional response to my broken torsion spring dilemma. I opted to have two new springs installed along with new drums, end bearing plates and rollers. The door is quieter than its ever been. My only reservation has to do with the billing. The replacement parts are itemized but have no price. Hence, there is no way to discern the cost of parts versus labor.
