I have been a Precision Door customer for several years now. I always request TJ Cooley because he is simply put …"THE MAN". I had TJ install and Internet Gateway on my LiftMaster. I can now open, close, get status and notifications on my Garage Door. If I could give TJ 10 stars I would. The service provided is very professional and reliable. Precision sent me notifications when he was on his way and most important....wait for it.....THEY CAME WHEN THEY SAID THEY WOULD COME! How refreshing is that! PRECISION DOOR AND TJ ROCKS!

TJ arrived well within the appointment time range, changed out the culprit button on my garage wall, changed the batteries in both remotes AND helped me program my new truck's overhead opener button (at no charge). I think he might have even greased the roller guides without me noticing because the door is much quieter now. I would definitely call these guys again when I need them. Thank you, Precision, for creating a pleasant experience.

Great service. Mitchel Meals was great! On time, highly professional, courteous and efficient. He and his partner removed an old broken garage door, installed a new one, cleaned everything up and went over the warranty information all within an hour and a half. Don't know how it could have been better.

You never know what you are truly going to get, when you don’t know anyone and must rely on accurate reviews online. I read all reviews. The loyal fans and customers of Precision Garage Door of Huntsville were spot on in their praise of this company. The receptionist who handled my call, could not have been nicer and gave thorough information of what I could expect. Carl Holme, technician for Precision Garage Door of Huntsville, called me before my appointment, letting me know he finished up early on his current appointment – would I like him to come early? HECK YEAH!! And so, he did, and what a delightful man! He was professional and courteous, spoke to me in English…terms I could understand and while the repair work he performed on my garage door was minor, he assessed the current condition of our garage door and made a few recommendations for down the road…and they made perfect sense. He left a great impression on me, as someone who takes pride in their work, the company he represents and how he relates to people in general – what a great attitude! I highly recommend Precision Garage Door of Huntsville.

Customer service was also fast and convenient when I called for the estimate and when I called back to order what we needed. Great experience all around and highly recommend

I am extremely satisfied with the response time and overall customer service. The install team were professional and knowledgeable. Well organized and worked effectively in a timely and safe manner. I valued the feedback from the Team on what to watch for in the future and I also likely the option plans presented. I know I have a keeper for garage door repairs and maintenance. This is important to me being I have three properties to maintain. I will use them for all my properties in the future.

Mitchell and his partner rate a 5-star evaluation! I had hoped that I would not need a brand new garage door. Mitchell immediately recognized the problem, repaired it, and even changed the garage-door light that had been out for months. In the actual service performed, I'm not sure of how to classify the specific problem and the necessary products purchased that were necessary to fix and prevent future problems. In Christ, Sandra Mullinix
