Carl Holme was the best technician ever! He was running early and was able to get to my job site about 2 hours early, to my surprise. I was impressed that he called to notify me ahead of time, before arriving, and I received texts throughout the confirmation process. He explained everything in vivid detail, and I know nothing about garage doors. I had purchased my own garage door opener (Chamberlain) and he was able to replace my rollers/wheels, the seal at the bottom and install the new motor within about an hour. he did it perfectly and I love our new garage door. If he is any reflection of this company then they are top notch service! I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone needing their services, this is the best in Madison- highly professional.

I would highly recommend Precision, without hesitation. Our garage door was broken and they came out the same day (Saturday so it was an emergency appointment) and did the work. Fixed the problem very quickly and now the door opens quietly. They called ahead, texted employee info, offered to come earlier than scheduled time and were polite and efficient. Will def call them again!

Worn out rollers and 2 cracked hinges replaced as advertised. I called at 8 am and Austin showed up and completed repairs by noon. He even re-programmed my outside keypad that I haven't been able to use since I purchased the house. The door works like new and is way quieter than it was with the old metal rollers! Thanks!

Excellent Service by Austin Hambright, as my garage door issue was unusual. He quickly analyze the problem and came up with a solution and completed the job to my satisfaction. Just finished getting our garage door motor repaired by Mitchell with Precision. He was fantastic... Courteous and very professional. Within minutes of listening to my description of the problems we had been experiencing, he was able to quickly check a few things, diagnose the problem (a weak/failing capacitor, which needed to be replaced), and make the proper repairs. Only late in the day, yesterday afternoon, had I found these guys online and made a call to schedule the repair... Less than one day later, and we are all set to go. 5 stars for Mitchell and the Precision crew, for sure!

I can now open, close, get status and notifications on my Garage Door. If I could give TJ 10 stars I would. The service provided is very professional and reliable. TJ arrived well within the appointment time range, changed out the culprit button on my garage wall, changed the batteries in both remotes AND helped me program my new truck's overhead opener button (at no charge). I think he might have even greased the roller guides without me noticing because the door is much quieter now. I would definitely call these guys again when I need them. Great service. Mitchel Meals was great! On time, highly professional, courteous and efficient. He and his partner removed an old broken garage door, installed a new one, cleaned everything up and went over the warranty information all within an hour and a half. Don't know how it could have been better.

The loyal fans and customers of Precision Garage Door of Huntsville were spot on in their praise of this company. The receptionist who handled my call, could not have been nicer and gave thorough information of what I could expect. Carl Holme, technician for Precision Garage Door of Huntsville, called me before my appointment, letting me know he finished up early on his current appointment – would I like him to come early? HECK YEAH!! And so, he did, and what a delightful man! He was professional and courteous, spoke to me in English…terms I could understand and while the repair work he performed on my garage door was minor, he assessed the current condition of our garage door and made a few recommendations for down the road…and they made perfect sense.
