It was late at night and Precision sent Justin Collier to repair our garage door. It could not be opened and the car could not be used for an important Doctor’s appointment. Justin gave three options for the repair and proceeded to do the job right then. Totally professional and without any wasted motions he restored the door to like new condition in less than 2 hours. 5 stars is not enough for this kind of dedication and service. I called mid-afternoon to get a bid on replacing weather stripping/vinyl trim on my garage door. They quoted a reasonable price/foot on the materials and I gave the go-ahead for the formal estimate. Before I hung up, they had scheduled a technician to come out later that afternoon. Justin called ahead, appeared on time and completed the work within an hour. If I had known the issue could be resolved in that short time, I would have had the work done months ago!

My remote would no longer open my garage door. We contacted Precision Overhead Garage Door Service and they responded within an hour. The serviceman was Justin. He diagnosed the problem, and offered several solutions. We made our selection and Justin did the installation. He was knowledgeable and efficient.
