This company made a point to remind you of the date and time of service. Hunter and Hunter(two Hunters), called ahead, promptly saw the cause of the problem, offered two options , and because they had the necessary parts, were able to fix the problem in about an hour. Both gentlemen were well mannered and skilled in their work. I was very pleased to be able to use the garage door again.

Very good company . Hunter Taylor was our service technician that came for the appointment . Time of arrival was earlier than appointment made time . I got the text he was on his way as he was walking up my sidewalk . Might should work on that timing . Lol . But I was sent reminders for the appointment prior to day and time of service . So of course the technician was expected . And he proceeded with the service call , made a couple of recommendations ,well noted , and then completed the service that was expected . I would call Precision again . We were satisfied with the work and the fee charged . Professional and friendly company to work with .

Fast, polite service people. My garage is good quality and works like a charm. I selected garage door repair but there were only a couple of bolts loose causing the door not to close - so technically not a “repair.” I wish all service people/companies were this good.

Outstanding job by Hunter. He had our issue diagnosed in about 5 minutes and was able to repair it quickly. He also checked our other garage door opener and found the same problem was about to happen. Repaired both garage door openers in less than an hour and did some preventive maintenance on the doors as part of the service call. I've used Precision Door Service before and I will definitely use them in the future when I need my garage doors serviced or repaired. Highly recommend this company for prompt professional services at a reasonable price.

Was having trouble with my garage door opening and closing, but as luck would have it the door started working correctly right after I scheduled an appointment.
