Our Garage door decided it had had enough last week and quit. A technician with precision door was at my house within hours of my call. After a look around he spotted the problem and fortunately had the parts he needed right there on his truck. As he was leaving, I opened the other garage door and yep, It too was exhibiting symptoms of metal stress and wear from age and an improper initial installment. Mike, the Tech had those parts too ! Big improvement with little cost , down time and stress on my part. Mike the technician was wonderful. He's an honest, hardworking ,good guy, that didn't try to upsell me stuff I didn't need and fixed both doors correctly. What a relief.

The person who received my phone call and scheduled my appointment was courteous and professional. The technician, Mike Nelson, who assessed my garage door situation and installed a new garage door opener was professional, personable and competent. I like the Precision Door product he installed. Well done!

Mike Nelson not only gave us an estimate to fix one of our two garage doors, but installed a new motor, keypad (which I love), and showed us how everything worked. Then he was off to his next appointment. Great Job Mike!
