Very impressive company. Scheduling service was easy. I was sent a e-mail and text message notifying me when the technician would arrive. The tech also called to let me know he was on the way. I recently had both of our garage door openers replaced by Precision. The tech was very professional, hard working, knew exactly what he was doing, and very courteous. The equipment they installed was above my expectations in quality. And the price was in the range I anticipated. My entire experience with this company has been wonderful. While my wife and I were out eating I received a test from Brittany explaining who she was and if she could help me. I set up my appointment via text. This is what customer service is all about.
